Lyudmila (Lyuda) Green
Meet Lyuda, the founder of Green Magnolia Home Inspections. She holds master’s degree in civil and industrial engineering and has over 10 years of experience in environmental (wastewater) engineering. Lyuda was born and raised in Siberia, Russia and moved to United States 20 years ago. She is a city girl with a heart that beats for the Florida beach. Given her natural attention to details, love for real estate, being a homeowner and genuine desire to help people, Lyuda has found herself in home inspections field. While being a full time NY State employee as environmental engineer (truly likes her job), Lyuda is available to provide home inspection services in the evenings, weekends, and most holidays which is very convenient for buyers and sellers that are also full-time busy professionals.
Lyuda is a New York State licensed residential and limited commercial inspector and mold assessor. Lyuda is also a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and full member in good standing with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). InterNACHI is recognized, and respected, by millions of real estate professionals and is the world’s largest home inspection association. During Lyuda’s free time she spends time with family and friends, traveling, learning, investing in real estate, attending car shows, “Formula 1” fan, refinishing and restoring pre-loved antique furniture by helping to discover their unique character and finding new loving homes.
